Leaders often find themselves managing conflicts between others, whether it’s among team members, other leaders or outside individuals. This mediating role can be challenging and awkward to navigate, but a lack of resolution can lead to a decrease in productivity and an increase in turnover as well as overall dissatisfaction. Learning how to help others reach conflict resolution is an important skill for leaders to develop successful and peaceful team dynamics. This session focuses on enhancing mediation and conflict-resolution skills for leaders.
