GGP Seminar: Emitt Witt - "Applications Using the National Map - 3D Elevation Program"

GGP Seminar by Emitt Witt, U.S. Geological Survey. Dr. Witt now serves as a research hydrologist with the USGS Center of Excellence for Geographic Information Science conducting research on the use of 3DEP source data and products in 1 and 2 dimensional hydraulic models.
Dr. Witt holds a Professional Hydrologist certification with the American Institute of Hydrology, and is a registered Certified Floodplain Manager with the Association of State Floodplain Managers. He also holds a US Patent for the Cyclonic Fugitive Dust Sampler, a process for collecting suspended dust directly from the atmosphere for use in chemical analysis.
Dr. Witt will speak on the topic, "Applications using the National Map - 3D Elevation Program (3DEP)."
