This happens on campus after Decorate Downtown. Kick-off starts with Chalk-N-Rock, a competition where teams get a large sectioned off square of sidewalk that they use to chalk something that ties in their theme.
After Chalk-N-Rock is Window Painting, where organizations paint a window pane of the PSU.
