Mary Troy will be with us for a Q&A session about her work, including her most recent novel, Swimming on Hwy N, published by Moon City Press in Fall 2016. 

Later, she'll conduct a reading followed by a book signing

About Mary Troy

In addition to Swimming on Hwy N, Mary Troy is the author of four books of fiction: the novel Beauties and three collections of short stories—Cookie LilyThe Alibi Café and Other Stories and Joe Baker is Dead. She has won numerous writing awards, including the USA Book Award, the Devil’s Kitchen Award and a Nelson Algren Award. 

Troy teaches fiction writing and contemporary literature in the MFA Program of the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she edits Natural Bridge, a journal of contemporary literature.
