Affordable Care Act and SHOP Marketplace for Agents & Brokers in Missouri

University of Missouri Extension, in partnership with Missouri Foundation for Health and The Mission Center L3C, will be hosting an ACA and SHOP Marketplace Training for agents and brokers in Southwest Missouri. The workshop curriculum has been approved by the Missouri Department of Insurance.
All agents and brokers who attend will receive three (3) CEU credits at no charge.
Workshop topics include:
- Basics of the Affordable Care Act Law
- How to Help Individual and Family Consumers Navigate the Marketplace
- Employer-Sponsored Health Insurance Under the ACA
- Accessing and Using the Small Business Health Options program (SHOP)
- Next Steps for Agents and Brokers - A Guide to Marketplace Certification and Training
