Missouri State University Darr School of Agriculture and the Center for Agroforesty at the University of Missouri are presenting "Cultivating Mushrooms on Home and Commercial Scales."
Come and enjoy a hands-on workshop led by faculty that explores all dimensions of shiitake mushroom cultivation on home and commercial levels. Participants will learn fundamentals of mushroom cultivation and marketing, and be able to take a shiitake log home!
