OCF Lecture Series Presents Steve Wiegenstein

The Ozarks Celebration Festival Lecture Series continues when Steve Wiegenstein will present his lecture "Rags and Meat and Hide and Hair: Violence in the Ozarks Master Narrative" on Sept. 13.
Wiegenstein was born and raised in the eastern Missouri Ozarks with family roots going deep into Madison, Iron and Reynolds counties. A graduate of the University of Missouri, he is currently the Program Director for Humanities for the American Public University System. He has authored two books: Slant of Light and This Old World.
