The Ursa Experience is a three-day, two-night off-campus adventure that will immerse you in life at Missouri State University. You’ll build friendships with other new students, learn about Missouri State history and traditions, explore your personal strengths, and discover ways to follow your passion and find your place on campus.
The Ursa Experience is an optional off-campus experience for all new students that is similar to a summer camp. Students will build strong bonds with peers, learn traditions, and explore personal strengths. With obstacle courses, team chants, and campfires, this adventure experience emphasizes having fun and building social connections so that first-year students gain the confidence and support they need to be successful the minute they begin classes.
