Open forum for Assistant Director Multicultural Programs

Dr. Andre Brown was the Program Director for TRIO Student Support Services, Educational Outreach & Student Services at Arizona State University.  He was also the Program Coordinator, Academic Excellence Program, College of Engineering, Auburn University, Auburn, AL. Dr. Brown received his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri, Columbia MO. Dr. Brown has experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, issues facing Black and other underrepresented students, first generation students and students with disabilities.  Dr. Brown has implemented recruitment and retention programming for students of color, maintained accountability for the TRiO Student Support Services, hired, trained, supervised and evaluated administrative and professional staff, and collaborated with campus partners. Dr. Brown has served in many professional affiliations, University & civic leadership, and is the recipient of many University honors. We are excited Dr. Brown is visiting Missouri State University.
