Author Laura McHugh will give an author talk at Duane G. Meyer Library on Thursday, Sept. 22nd at 6:00 in Room 107. Her new novel, “Arrowood,” is gothic mystery set in southern Iowa. McHugh grew up in the Ozarks, and set her first novel in a fictional, small Ozarks-like town called Henbane. The novel, titled “The Weight of Blood,” won a 2015 International Thriller Writers Award.
Copies of Laura McHugh’s book will be available for purchase at the event.
