ABOUT THE TRAINING:

This highly interactive training will be led by conflict coaching expert and scholar Dr. Tricia Jones. Participants will learn the conflict coaching model process, which emphasizes a narrative understanding of conflict, the use of multiple perspectives in conflict analysis, the application of creative and appreciative approaches to change, and the utilization of skill building techniques to transfer a conflict plan into action. 

Participants will gain invaluable knowledge and skills that are applicable to wide variety of work and interpersonal situations:

- An understanding the conflict coaching 4-stage model process

- Questions to discover a client's full conflict story 

- Techniques to explore perspectives of identity, emotion, and power

- Strategies to support clients in visioning their desired conflict change direction, and 

- Methods for developing the communication and conflict skills client's need to enact their conflict change plans.
