Paws to the Polls Voting Fair

Paws to the Polls is excited to host a Spring Voting Fair to highlight community and civic engagement in advance of the upcoming April 2 municipal election.

The Office of Public Affairs Support and the Student Activities Council will partner with us, and we have invited other campus offices and student organizations that fit with our theme of community or civic engagement.

The event features free food, games, prizes, a tie-dye table, and a photo booth featuring photo ops with “The Bill” from Schoolhouse Rock and Big Dill from Pickleman’s. 

We have also invited local elected and appointed officials as guests to engage with students about the importance of local government and the officials’ roles in it. The Greene County Clerk will be there to register voters and demonstrate voting machines.
