Join us for the second session of the MMCHHS Fall 2023 Speakers Series. The topic will be AI in Public Health and Healthcare: How I Learned to Love the Machine and Fear it too.

Guest speaker Dr. David Luxton will discuss current and emerging AI advancements in healthcare, core ethical risks and what health professionals need to know.

He's an affiliate professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Luxton is an author and research scientist focused on the design and study of innovative technologies in healthcare with specialization in AI and ethics.

The event will be held on campus and on Zoom.

Light refreshments will be served and there will be prize drawings at the end.
