Summary: 

Melissa Crouch graduated from Missouri State with a Computer Science degree in 1996. She worked as a software engineer at Cerner and then Sprint/T-Mobile before moving into management. She has been a manager for 17 years. Melissa leads a team of software engineers, designers, and testers in the Overland Park, KS area and across the globe. She is also a Missouri State Computer Science Advisory Board member.

Melissa will share her career experiences, how work is typically done today, and key skills beyond programming that will help you be successful.  She will share more about her organization and current areas of focus in the industry.
