Slow Viewing Night at Brick City Gallery

Slow Viewing Night at Brick City Gallery
Date and time
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM, March 09, 2022
Description

Join us in Slow Viewing Kerry Phillips' work currently on view at Brick City Gallery (East).

Slow Viewing is a supportive practice from anyone wanting to spend time with artwork, slow down or develop their skills of interpretation, observation and discussion of art. Guests will collectively spend an hour carefully observing and speaking about Phillips' work, resulting in a deep understanding of how they and others relate to the artwork and each other.

This program is developed and facilitated by the artist and graduate student Shauna LeAnn Smith. All are welcome and encouraged to join.

Please note: Slow Viewing will be held indoors with seating six-feet apart. Masking is required in all Brick City buildings.

Brick City Galleries' address is 215 W. Mill St., Springfield, MO 65806. Find free public parking lots and street parking on the south side of Brick City.
