Tough Talk: Why the need for Black history? The lessons and the story

This month, as we have done for so many years during February, we will be celebrating Black History month. This Tough Talk will ask the questions: Do we still need to? Has the life and influence of African-Americans been ingrained in the culture enough that we can assume everyone will learn?  What are the stories? What are the lessons? What has been the impact of Black History for you? What have you learned?
