Computer Science Seminar - Melissa Crouch

Melissa Crouch graduated from Missouri State with a Computer Science degree in 1996.  She worked as a software engineer at Cerner and then Sprint before moving into management.  She has been a manager for 16 years at Sprint, which merged with T-Mobile last year.  She leads a team of software engineers, designers, and testers in the Overland Park, KS area and across the globe.  Melissa also serves on the board of Agilehood KC working to foster collaboration throughout the region encouraging Agile and Lean principles and is a Missouri State Computer Science Advisory Board member.

Melissa will share her career experiences, how work is typically done today, and key skills beyond programming that will help you be successful.  She will share more about her organization and current areas of focus in the industry.
