This 12-hour workshop is an intensive examination of conceptual, informational and relational components of academic advising. Participants will learn about campus resources, confidentiality of student records, ethics in advising, academic rules and regulations, advising diverse students and many other topics.
The workshop is from 1-5 p.m. on Jan. 10 and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Jan. 11. Lunch is included on Jan. 11.
