The first Spring 2021 Computer Science Seminar will be held on Monday, February 22 at 11:15 am via Zoom. Jess Koch (Geiger), a Computer Science graduate, and Noah Baumann, a CIS graduate, will be speaking. Both currently work at Koch Industries.
They will be speaking about what makes Koch Industries unique – specifically, how they strive to create superior value for their customers. One of the key ways Koch does this is through their guiding principles and their company’s philosophy of Market-Based Management. They will talk about how these not only apply to their customers, but to their employees, and how they strive to make sure employees are fulfilled in their roles. They’ll also share career opportunities in IT at Koch Industries, internship information, and early access options including their Scholars and All Access programs.
