Tough Talks: Welcome to 2021

Most of us were excited to say good bye to 2020. But so far 2021 seems to have started where the previous year ended. As members of the Bears community, let's come together and talk about what we hope for, what we wish for and what we are willing to do to see this year as one of renewal. Maybe if you talk about it this will make it come through. We would love to hear what kind of year you are wishing for!
