Butterfly Days is a live streaming concert from C Minor Recital Hall of recent chamber music written by MSU faculty composer Michael Murray. The program will include the world premiere of Butterfly Days (2020) for mezzo-soprano and piano, The Darkening Green (2018) for string quartet and Genevieve’s Cats (2017) for soprano and piano.
Performers are MSU faculty Ann Marie Daehn, Genevieve Fulks, Samuel Oram, and a string quartet comprised of MSU faculty Kathy Murray and Daniel Ketter joined by Springfield area musicians Pam Davis and Aleksis Zarins.
