International Programs and the Multicultural Resource Center are collaborating for the First Friday Night ArtWalk through a virtual panel. The main goal of our panel is to ask a series of questions to educate the public and bring more awareness regarding the LGBTQIA+ community and their experiences. We are wanting to focus on students and faculty sharing their stories and what does it mean for individuals in all spaces at the community i.e. students, faculty, staff, to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community. We will be featuring one of our international students who is willing to share his experience of identifying within the community in the United States compared to his home country. As well as a faculty member, and an MSU student. Sharing their own journeys of growth and identity as students and people at large.
