What Tech Employers Really Want
Seth Malone graduated from Missouri State University in 2010 with a degree in Computer Science. In early 2011 he began working as an entry level email administrator for IBM. He has been in a variety of technical and leadership roles at IBM and is currently a Senior Software Engineer in IBM Watson Health.
Seth will go over non-technical skills that he wishes he was aware of as he was entering the workforce as a professional. He will also touch on a few general technical practices he has found to be gaps in the industry.
