Come and learn about the nuts and bolts of how to be an effective advisor from a distance, what steps to take to engage students in the advising process, and how to work with students from a distance. This is an introduction to remote advising that will enable you to leave with a greater understanding of how to effectively advise at a distance and share concrete steps, resource and approaches to move forward in your role as a distance advisor.
