Internationally-renowned American artist Marie Watt will be hosting multiple sewing circles at the Brick City Gallery during her time on campus as the Department of Art and Design’s Visiting Artist.
During the sewing circle, Watt asks each participant to embroider a word and offers a small print in exchange for stitches. Come as you please, share your stories, enjoy some food, and stitch together.
The sewing circle is open to everyone; all ages and no experience is required.
