Description

The CDC seeks to strengthen its capacity as a conduit to some of the best talent in diversity research, intervention, training techniques and cultural competence in the state of Missouri. This year's theme brings those talents closer to the issues they solve by expanding networks and cross-industry relations among all conference participants. The executive team understands that commitment to diversity best practices needs both strategic support and input from fellow practitioners in the field. In 2020, we hope to inspire a more in depth commitment within each conference presenter and participant as well as provide new and exciting means for statewide collaborative achievement.

Join a statewide showcase of:

  • Community-based approaches to promote and develop diversity and inclusion initiatives to address contemporary community issues.
  • Creative examples of research-based diversity program implementation in higher education.
  • Unique opportunities that promote access, success and equity for historically underrepresented groups.
  • Targeted approaches to cultural competence/consciousness, intervention for all community stakeholders.
