
Are you struggling with coming up with ways to prepare vegetables? In this session, you will learn how to select high quality veggies and prep them for cooking (i.e., roasting, steaming, grilling). We will also prepare a few tasty/fast recipes including a spicy slaw and roasted spring veggies. You will leave with several healthy recipes, as well as new ideas for bringing tasty veggies to your meals!
