In this session, we will examine how nutrients, such as fats, proteins, vitamins and phytochemicals influence DNA, regulate the expression of genes and maintain the integrity of DNA. We will also give an overview of the pros/cons of genetic testing, particularly as they relate to individualized food and supplement recommendations.
