Mentoring Volunteer Opportunity on Conflict Response Teams at Area Schools

In addition to offering peer mediation and coaching for Missouri State students, the Center for Dispute Resolution also supports peer mediation and conflict coaching programs in several area high schools. This support includes providing training in peer mediation and supervising college students who co-mediate cases with high school peer mediators and offer ongoing mentoring of high school peer mediators and conflict coaches. The college students who volunteer with this program are a part of the CDR’s “Student Conflict Response Team” program.
