- Define ethics and how it fits in the Missouri State University code of conduct
- Describe the various approaches to ethical decision making and apply a framework for ethical decision making
- Use a method of communication based on the book Crucial Conversations to address ethical conflicts
This course is one part of the eight part series, MSU LEAD - Lead Others – The Supervisor Series, and requires registration in My Learning Connection. Registration in the event, MSU LEAD-Lead Others-The Supervisor Series, will automatically register you in all eight sessions in the series.
