This year's convocation speaker is the author of MSU's 2019 Common Reader novel, Station Eleven. Emily St. John Mandel is a Canadian-born novelist and current staff writer for The Millions. She currently resides in New York City.
A book signing with Mandel will take place after the presentation in the lobby.
This event is free and open to the public. No registration or ticket is required.
