Girls on the Run of Southwest Missouri is hosting their Spring 5K right here on the Missouri State University campus!
The 5K course is a two lap, 3.1 mile course through the Missouri State campus. 5K participants will pass a water stop halfway on the course. Cheer teams will be placed along the course to cheer on the girls and 5K participants.
Where should I park?
Parking is available in Lot 22 at the corner of National and Grand. Use the tunnel and cross over to campus. We will have volunteers there to make sure you get to the right location.
How long will the 5K run take?
Finishing times vary. Our fastest runners finish in under 25 minutes. Most runners will fall between 30-45 minutes. We will sweep the course at one hour from the starting time to ensure all runners have returned to the starting area.
