Shattering the Silence: Reducing Microaggressions: From Awareness to Action

Under the direction of Dr. Carol J. Maples, the Giving Voice troupe uses an engaging approach to address the many facets of cultural competence, bringing diversity training to a whole new level. This workshop will use a performance forum to address issues of oppression including microaggressions. Courageous conversations will help the audience move from challenges to strategies.
