Climate Survey

What is a climate survey?

A climate survey is a way for the university to gauge the temperature of diversity and inclusion in the campus community. It asks students, faculty, staff, and administrators about:

• their perceptions of their institution's climate,
• perceptions of how their institution supports diversity and equity, 
• and experiences with discrimination and harassment at their institution.

It provides actionable data for the university to use to improve the inclusion of diversity here at MSU. Missouri State can then use this data to develop a better understanding of campus climate and to improve and support policies and practices related to diversity and equity.

Why should you participate?

Every voice counts. When more people respond to the climate survey, the university receives a more accurate picture, so let your voice be heard! Tell us about your experience.
