MSU Celebrates David Belcher

The MSU Music Department will present a concert to commemorate the life and accomplishments of former faculty member and dean of the College of Arts and Letters, David O. Belcher. This program will feature performances by MSU music faculty members and others in a wide variety of genres including keyboard, voice and brass instruments.
