
Learn how to practice yoga with attention to body, mind and spirit. All fitness levels are welcome. Mats and equipment are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Classes are great for beginners, with challenging poses for the advanced.
Please talk to the instructor before the session begins if you have any health issues. This will allow the instructor to provide modifications for certain positions. Participants are also encouraged to bring a water bottle for hydration and dress comfortably.
