MRC Roundtables is the leadership development workshop series geared towards diverse student organizations involved with Multicultural Programs. These workshops cover a variety of topics meant to enhance the leadership and overall solidarity of the diverse student community.
Participants at today's evnet will discuss how to lead the member of their team and focus on leadership style based on personality tpye. Participants will also explore effective feedback and goal setting techniques.
