This workshop is open to the public and all proceeds will go to the Missouri State College of Agriculture Forestry Club.
Come enjoy a hands-on workshop that explores all dimensions of shiitake mushroom cultivation. Participants will learn fundamentals of mushroom cultivation and will be able to inoculate a log and take it home to grow your own shiitake mushrooms!
