Diversity 101 for Supervisors

Diversity 101 is designed for supervisors and will cover the following topics:

• Ensuring your workforce is culturally competent;
• improving overall civility and appreciation for all aspects of diversity
  Managing and motivating a multicultural workforce;
• skills for building trust and cross cultural communication
• Helping to recognize, respect and value differing perspectives and experiences
• Promoting and encouraging staff to participate in development opportunities to improve cultural competencies and appreciate diversity
