Leading Across MSU Generations

As a leader at Missouri State University your team likely includes individuals from multiple generations – from traditionalists to Generation Z.  This class will provide you the foundation you need to successfully lead that team. 

• Describe the five generations and common points of conflict
• Understand the biases that lead to issues in the workplace
• Implement strategies to address areas of challenge, encourage critical thinking and engage a multi-generational team
