Susan Martindale is retireing from Missouri State University in January. In this session, she will reflect on her time here, tell some of her favorite stories, and share helpful lessons learned along the way. Susan designed and directs the "Jump START" program to give at risk students an intensive educational experience. In 2005, Susan was a Curtis P. Lawrence Excellence in Advising Award recipient as well as a NACADA outstanding advisor. She is a past recipient of the Staff Excellence in University Service award. Susan recently received the 2018 Board of Governors Staff Excellence in Public Affairs Award. Come to this session prepared to learn more about Susan's inspirational devotion to her students.
