Cultural Consciousness in the Workplace – Inclusive Excellence is designed to provide members of the Missouri State University community knowledge and understanding of culturally relevant topics and engaging conversation about our changing environment.

Participants will gain a fundamental understanding of our Inclusive Excellence Model and how to create an inclusive, welcoming environment including:

• General Presentation about the Inclusive Excellence Model
• Small Group Discussion
• Implementation Strategies
