Cultural Consciousness in the Workplace – Gender Equity is designed to provide members of the Missouri State University community knowledge and understanding of culturally relevant topics and engaging conversation about our changing environment.

Participants will gain a fundamental understanding of our Gender Equity Model and how to create an inclusive, welcoming environment including:

• General Presentation about the Gender Equity Model
• Small Group Discussion
• Implementation Strategies
