Cultural Consciousness in the Workplace is designed to provide members of the Missouri State University community knowledge and understanding of culturally relevant topics and engaging conversation about our changing environment.

Participants will gain a fundamental understanding of our Addressing Implicit Bias Model and how to create an inclusive, welcoming environment including:

• General Presentation about the Addressing Implicit Bias Model
• Small Group Discussion
• Implementation Strategies
