The university provides processes, policies and resources to employees and supervisors to promote their success. Employee success is based on their job performance, contribution to the team and mission, and behavior toward others and the university.
Session Content: This session will review the processes and resources available to supervisors to assist them in leading their employees, guiding their performance and addressing issues in the workplace.
